A Major Advertising Agency is looking for music and artists with quality catalogues for a variety of companies for markets in the US, UK, Europe and South America for 2024

This includes global TV and film advertising campaigns, Web Commercials, Blogs, Vlogs, internet advertising TV shows and events. All styles of music will be considered as the company are looking for songs of all genres and decades, all styles and feels. Please submit your best work, radio ready, mastered songs. You must own 100% copyright. If samples are used, they must be cleared.

I will accept demos as I am also a music producer / studio owner so if the song is a 'no brainer' and has enough potential to fit the opportunity then I would consider re-cutting it for the client.

All songs submitted will be considered for all the other opportunities we have.

When will a decision be made?
The Expected Decision Date is the date by which the Provider is expected to have listened to all submitted songs and updated the status of the Opportunity to either Broadjam Artist(s) Selected or No Broadjam Artists Selected.
What is a Exclusive or Non-Exclusive deal?
A non-exclusive deal means that if you sign a contract with the provider of this Opportunity, then you are free to sign contracts with other publishers, song pluggers, and libraries that have non-exclusive deals. Your song will exist in a catalog and be available for usage in films, TV, video games and more (advertisements and cable TV shows often use non-exclusive libraries).

The advantage to this kind of contract is that you're welcome to pitch the song to other music industry entities and can make it available in the widest array of places to find by music supervisors. The disadvantage is that there is less incentive for a publisher to pitch on a non-exclusive deal because the song is available elsewhere, and most major labels and primetime television programs will ask for an exclusive contract.
Am I giving up my rights to my music by submitting?
No. By submitting to this Opportunity, you are not entering into a legal agreement with either Broadjam or a provider in any way. We guarantee that they will listen to your song, but the track is 100% yours until you sign a contract with the individual provider. You have no obligation to sign any contract offered and you will be dealing directly with the provider if your song is selected.
